Memory Flows

This painting was created after a return visit to Mahon Falls, a place I first experienced as a child with my father and my family. After my father’s death, I felt a strong desire to revisit the falls and paint there. The work emerged from that time of reflection, memory, and connection, and became part of a series of paintings created on the montain within view of the falls. Memory Flows is an acrylic on canvas, measuring 3 × 3 ft.
